School
This section brings together ready-to-use teaching materials to support teachers in integrating food literacy, health and sustainability into their lessons, from Year 7 to Year 12, across different subjects.
The content is organised by school year and follows a progressive pathway, with a cross-curricular theme in each year, enabling the same concepts to be explored from various areas of knowledge.
In each subject, teachers will find:
• structured lessons, ready for use in the classroom;
• PowerPoint presentations prepared for presentation to students;
• worksheets and exercises, including suggestions for involving the family.
The SCHOOL menu has been designed to be flexible, allowing for either one-off or integrated use, whilst respecting the current curriculum and the teacher’s autonomy.

The Glossary brings together the key concepts covered throughout the FOODWISELab programme, from Year 7 to Year 12, to aid understanding of topics related to food, health, energy, sustainability, science and ethics.
The terms are presented clearly and progressively, enabling their use across different subjects and school years. The Glossary can be consulted at any time, serving as a cross-curricular support resource for teachers and pupils.
As the FOODWISELab platform is an ongoing project, the Glossary will be updated and expanded as new content and activities are developed.
